When you create an account we collect:

• Your email address (used for login and account recovery)
• An optional display name

When you use the tools we store:

• Your borehole and project data (the geological data you enter)
• Basic usage analytics (pages visited, interactions) via Vercel Analytics — this data is anonymised and does not identify you personally

How we use your data

• To provide and maintain your account and saved projects
• To send transactional emails (password reset, account confirmation)
• To understand how the product is used so we can improve it

We do not sell your data, share your project data with third parties, or use your geological data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

Where your data is stored

Your account and project data is stored using Supabase, a managed database platform. The application is hosted on Vercel. Both services are used in accordance with their own privacy and security standards.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at support@subcores.com.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Subcores after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
